Upon entering the shop, a pleasant couple welcomes you, making you feel at ease. The seasonal wild vegetable tempura, featuring udo, tara no me, kogomi, and koshiabura, is fragrant and crispy. The sashimi includes rare cuts of tuna from Oma, salmon from the strait, and even live squid, showcasing excellent freshness. The liver of the flatfish and sea urchin, as well as the grouper, are all carefully prepared, demonstrating beautiful knife work. The foil-grilled shrimp and scallops combined with fugu shirako, as well as the slow-cooked tuna eyeball, leave a lasting impression. The final dish, tea soba, is steamed with scallops, crab, surf clams, and quail eggs, allowing for an enjoyable experience until the very end.
