A calm atmosphere flows, with ample space between the seats, allowing for a leisurely time. You can see the cooking process from the counter, and it's mesmerizing to watch the skillfulness. The dishes are seasoned in a way that is easy for Japanese people to enjoy, and the mild spiciness is delightful. The creaminess of the eggs is just right, and the overall balance is good. There is a wide variety of whiskey brands, and the atmosphere is exciting, attracting music lovers. There are instruments available, and on some days, you can enjoy performances, making it a very comfortable place with familiar faces and international guests.
