At Fukusuke, we are particular about natural Indian tuna. Indian tuna (also known as Southern bluefin tuna) is a high-quality tuna on par with bluefin tuna. It is characterized by its unique aroma and higher fat content compared to bluefin tuna. The red meat (330 yen) is rich in color, vibrant, glossy, and made from finely textured fish.
