The okonomiyaki with plenty of cabbage had a fluffy and light texture. You can add a sweet sauce to your liking, making it enjoyable to eat until the end. The mixed yakisoba with plump shrimp had chewy noodles that were well-coated, providing a satisfying experience. When I switched the noodles to those from Mitani Seimenjo, I was able to enjoy a glossy and robust texture. The dish with beef tendon and kimchi had just the right amount of spiciness to keep it interesting. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is polite, making it a pleasant place to dine.
