The restaurant is lively, but the staff is well-organized, making it a pleasant experience. The zaru soba is flat and has a good texture, and the flavor of the dipping sauce is just right, allowing it to go down smoothly. The noodles are served with ice, making them visually appealing and refreshing to the palate. There are various set menus, making it fun to decide which one to choose. The curry rice bowl is filled with plenty of pork and green onions, and the flavor typical of a soba shop pairs well with the shichimi spice. The soba shochu mixed with soba water has a nice aroma, and you can enjoy it until the last sip.
