This is a counter-only shop that matches the quiet atmosphere of Kitashinchi, with the warmth of wood that feels comfortable. Several brands of somen noodles are available, allowing you to enjoy their individual characteristics. The noodles are beautifully arranged in an ice bowl, topped with mizuna, and complemented well with green onions, myoga, and grated ginger. The dipping sauce has a strong soy sauce aroma, and even a little bit is satisfying in flavor. The noodles are thin and elastic, short in length, and slide easily into your mouth. There is also a mechanism to store glasses in a small wooden box on the wall, and I've heard that you can enjoy tempura as well, making it easy to eat even after drinking.
