All the pasta is carefully prepared, and the more you eat, the more satisfied you become. The noodles are cooked just right, and you can really taste the flavors of the vegetables and bacon in each dish. The sea urchin cream pasta is also rich, and it's best enjoyed by dipping homemade bread into the sauce. It's also enjoyable to have fragrant bread with olive oil and salt and pepper, and the minestrone has a refined taste. I also love the pizza with prosciutto and arugula, and the signature recommendation includes pasta with oil sardines and onions. Everything from the desserts to the coffee and cake set is delicious, and I'm happy that I can choose from various types of pasta.
