In a calm Japanese space, the warmth of wood is pleasant. The fugu sashimi is also very delicious, and you can enjoy the flavor of the skin. The fried fish is impressively tasty. The flow from the simmered dishes to the chiri-nabe and then to the zosui is smooth, allowing for enjoyable eating until the end. The preparation of the monkfish dishes is meticulous, and the combination of the miso aroma and sauce is outstanding. The pairing of sake with the first small plate is perfect, and you can be satisfied all the way to dessert.
