This is a luxurious course that allows you to taste all the "umakomon" of Kyushu. Starting with the famous sesame yellowtail, the menu features a variety of local delicacies such as Miyazaki's famous chicken nanban and chicken koro-yaki. The main course includes a choice of Wagyu beef hot pot or Hakata teppan motsuyaki (grilled beef offal) and a variety of Kyushu dishes to finish and sweeten the meal.

The clear broth is made by slowly simmering chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, dried sardines, bonito flakes, and kelp, combined with the sweetness and umami of beef offal and vegetables, resulting in an exquisite taste. This hot pot, with its gentle salt flavor, is the number one favorite among women.
Our specialty is the clear bonito broth. The unique richness and flavor permeate the beef offal and vegetables, resulting in a deep and never-boring secret soup.
The spicy miso-based soup is concentrated with umami, and the sweetness of the cabbage nicely balances the spiciness of the soup. After enjoying it with ramen as a finishing touch in a spicy noodle style, it is recommended to leave some soup and finish with a rice porridge for a double finish.
You can enjoy it with two types of spicy medicinal soup and ginger-rich aromatic soup. The unique aroma and umami of the lean meat, along with the crunchy texture of the riding part, pair perfectly with the special soup. (Orders are accepted from two servings)

Grilled gyoza that originated from the food stalls in Fukuoka and became a local specialty. The beautifully presented gyoza with wings stimulates the appetite from the moment it is served. It is enjoyed with a sesame ponzu made from a blend of golden sesame and white sesame, which is the 'Kurodaiko style'.
We have prepared three types of the rare free-range chicken, Amakusa Daiou from Kumamoto Prefecture: thigh, liver, and heart. This dish enhances the flavor and aroma of the free-range chicken through grilling over charcoal and smoking from the rendered fat.
Fukuoka's specialty grilled offal cooked on a hot iron plate. The fragrant beef offal is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a garlic sauce that stimulates the appetite. Enjoy it mixed with cabbage and garlic chives, a dish that becomes addictive in its deliciousness.
Satsuma black pork is characterized by its sweet fat and rich flavor. At our restaurant, we serve it using a cooking method unique to Kagoshima Prefecture, where it is grilled with vegetables on a dome-shaped iron plate to enhance the enjoyment of the sweet fat.
