"Kyushu Black Taiko Shinagawa," a Kyushu izakaya located a 5-minute walk from the Konan Exit of Shinagawa Station, is offering an all-you-can-drink course. This is a luxurious course that allows you to taste all the "umakomon" of Kyushu. Starting with the famous sesame yellowtail, the menu features a variety of local delicacies such as Miyazaki's famous chicken nanban and chicken koro-yaki. The main course includes a choice of Wagyu beef hot pot or Hakata teppan motsuyaki (grilled beef offal) and a variety of Kyushu dishes to finish and sweeten the meal.

The clear broth is made by slowly simmering chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, dried sardines, bonito flakes, and kelp, combined with the sweetness and umami of beef offal and vegetables, resulting in an exquisite taste. This hot pot, with its gentle salt flavor, is the number one favorite among women.
Our specialty is the clear bonito broth. The unique richness and flavor permeate the beef offal and vegetables, resulting in a deep, satisfying secret soup that never gets boring.
The spicy miso-based soup is concentrated with umami, and the sweetness of the cabbage nicely balances the spiciness of the soup. After enjoying it with ramen as a finishing touch in a spicy noodle style, it is recommended to leave some soup and finish with a rice porridge for a double finish.
