A restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood directly from the fishing port

Umihana is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy dishes made with seafood delivered directly from the fishing port. The daily recommended set meals and rice bowls featuring fresh seafood are all flavorful and satisfying. The thoughtful touch of a special green tea jelly for dessert is a delightful way to refresh yourself after the meal.

It is located by the sea, with high ceilings and large windows, creating a sense of spaciousness. The rice bowl topped with shirasu (whitebait) and tuna has great ingredients, and the madai (sea bream) is plump and very delicious. There are several small side dishes included, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors. It's nice to be able to relax on the terrace with your dog, and they even provide water for your pet. The interior is decorated with large catch flags, and the atmosphere while gazing at the sea is fantastic. The staff is also very friendly, and I felt it was a perfect place to stop during a drive.
