The old traditional house has a warm atmosphere that is calming. There are table seats and tatami rooms, allowing for a relaxed experience. The freshly made hand-pulled soba has a wonderful aroma, and its delightful irregularity adds to the enjoyment. Whether you savor it simply with dipping sauce or enjoy the gentle broth of warm mountain vegetable soba, it is all very delicious. The tempura and local vegetables are served fresh and you can really appreciate the quality of the ingredients. You can even enjoy the rich soba broth, leaving you satisfied even after the meal.
