I stopped by an authentic Chinese restaurant near Fukushima Station. The interior has a calm atmosphere, offering a luxurious yet relaxing space. The signature dish, the dry tantan noodles, features a combination of fragrant sesame sauce and well-cooked noodles that is exquisite, with just the right amount of spiciness and numbing sensation that lingers. I also enjoyed dishes like stir-fried beef with green peppers and dim sum, all of which showcased the texture of the ingredients and had a careful flavor. In particular, the shark fin soup was impressive, with the richness of chicken bones and oyster sauce blending together, spreading a gentle umami flavor. There is also a lunch option that allows you to enjoy a variety of dishes in small portions, making it easy to savor authentic Sichuan cuisine and leaving me very satisfied.
