This shop located inside the Senba Center fills the air with the enticing aroma of grilled meat as soon as you enter, making you feel excited. The pork bowl that arrives after you place your order is topped with thick slices of meat that instantly boost your spirits just by looking at it. The slightly sweet sauce seeps in beautifully, perfectly complementing the rich flavor of the pork, making it hard to stop eating the rice. Choosing a half-and-half of belly and loin offers a delightful contrast in texture, making it doubly enjoyable. Ordering kimchi alongside enhances the flavor, and I found myself eating without getting bored until the very end. After the meal, I left the shop with a warm feeling, sent off by the cheerful voice of the staff.
