This restaurant specializes in organic, pesticide-free vegetables grown in Yamazoe Village, Nara Prefecture. Stir-fried, salted, and boiled vegetables are popular items on the menu. The juho-zai set meal includes pork, tuna, and vegetables such as greens, radish, and carrots, and comes with miso soup and three small bowls of cooked food. The fish is purchased directly from fishermen, and on this particular day, the juho-zai included tuna, which was amazingly delicious. Great clientele, counter and table seating, and conversation can be enjoyed quietly with masks worn. The soy sauce based Chinese flavor is very good with stir-fried vegetables and rice.
