The building has a log cabin style, and the interior has a warm wooden atmosphere, resembling a café. You can enjoy the view from the counter facing the window and spend your time leisurely. The buckwheat is grown using natural farming methods, milled in-house, and you can savor hand-made noodles made with stone-ground flour. The 100% buckwheat noodles have a beautiful finish, a slight sweetness, and are delicious even on their own. The dipping sauce has a balanced flavor, not too salty, and pairs well with the aroma of grated wasabi. There are also two types of soba served together, mori and inaka, as well as homemade dumplings, which is delightful as you can enjoy the blessings of the local area.
