The manbo-yaki was made with soba noodles as requested. They transfer the cooked dish to the iron plate at the table, so you can enjoy it hot until the end. You can choose between spicy and regular sauce, making the flavor variations enjoyable. The portion is substantial, and you can really appreciate the charm of the thick-style cooking typical of Kyoto. The self-service tea machine has very delicious water, and I can't help but ask for a refill. There are counter seats and table seats, and the oden eggs and konnyaku are also tasty, making for a pleasant experience.
