✏️ Menya Inoichi〗〖Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City〗. ------------------------ The other day I was in Kyoto for 3 days 🚅. After returning from Sendai, I caught a cold from lack of sleep and fatigue, but I pushed myself because I wanted to go to Kyoto 😂. I'll post 7 restaurants 🌸 The first one is here for lunch. It's been exactly one year since I've been to the main restaurant, but I wondered if it was here... It looks like they moved and opened on May 1 😵. It's a little closer to the station than before, and the restaurant is bigger and has much more seating ✨ : :. : :. 🍀100% Niboshi Dashi Dashi Soba (💴950)⚠️ limited 🍀Seared Japanese beef rice (💴700) The soup is made from broth made from Tottori Prefecture's niboshi (dried sardines) and combined with white soy sauce. The niboshi comes in with the same intensity as the lightness of the white soy sauce, but immediately afterwards a subtle softening astringency lingers and becomes a lingering taste. The noodles are made mainly from Hokkaido wheat with whole wheat flour added. The whole wheat flour brings the flavor of niboshi to the forefront, but I could have done without the whole wheat flour 🤔. The rice dish is Wagyu Beef Meshi. A4 black beef is used ✨ The sweet sauce combined with the sweetness of the meat I could have had a full meal, but I should have had the akatama with it too. I like it that way because it's more tender.
