In a calm izakaya that feels like a hideaway, there are counter seats and tatami rooms where you can relax even if you're alone. The first dish that comes out is a four-item appetizer platter, each with a careful seasoning that makes you want to keep drinking. The softly grilled stingray fin has a perfect balance of smokiness and moist texture, and the combination with mayonnaise is excellent. The style of eating salted chicken cartilage fried in olive oil is refreshing, and the crunchiness was enjoyable. The skewers, such as beef harami and bonjiri, are grilled to perfection, allowing you to fully appreciate the umami of the ingredients. Thanks to the gentle owner and the quiet atmosphere, it's a wonderful place where you can easily lose track of time and enjoy a leisurely drink.
