From start to finish, the flow of the dishes was pleasant and exciting. The rice risotto captivates from the first bite with its gentle umami. The yellowtail and mackerel are plump and fragrant, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The turnip soup and the salad with cheese and pear have interesting combinations, making it enjoyable to continue eating. The fillet wrapped in straw and the playful dish with yam are sure to bring a smile. The freshly baked bread, financiers, and herbal tea were all impeccable, and I felt fulfilled by the service and the sense of the tableware as well.
