The staff are cheerful, and the conversations over the counter are enjoyable. The skewers are lined up in the center of the counter, and if you point to one, they will grill it for you on the spot. You have to wait a little after ordering as they grill it fresh, but it's fragrant and satisfying to enjoy it hot and fresh. In particular, the liver is tender and has little odor, and the pork wrapped in watercress and the soft-boiled egg skewers are also very delicious. Each wrapped skewer is substantial, and they pair perfectly with beer. The casual atmosphere typical of a food stall allows you to become friendly with the neighboring seats, and the clam-catching sake-steamed dish is both fun and delicious.
