The style of grilling on a plate-shaped iron griddle is enjoyable, and the bean sprouts soaked in the grilled meat juices are irresistible. When eaten with salt, the mild richness of the lamb stands out, and it pairs excellently with beer. The vegetables, such as bell peppers, are also flavorful, creating a good overall balance. There are counter seats and sunken kotatsu seats, making it comfortable to spend time alone. There are various snacks besides lamb, allowing for a casual drinking experience.

The lamb is thick and very tender, with minimal gamey taste and a strong umami flavor. It is grilled on a hot plate, and the meat's fat mixes with the bean sprouts, making it incredibly delicious. The sauce is good, but eating it with salt enhances the flavor even more. It pairs excellently with beer, and I was satisfied with the ability to savor it little by little.
