Close to the monorail station, the underground store is calm and comfortable. It has an atmosphere typical of Okinawa, and the staff are attentive, which makes me feel at ease. The goya champuru has a great harmony of tofu and pork, with flavors that spread pleasantly. The rafute is simmered to tenderness, and the sweet and savory balance pairs well with drinks. The island tofu yakko and traditional somen champuru are also seasoned just right, allowing the texture of the vegetables to shine. There are many drink options, including awamori and Orion draft beer, and it's fun to be advised on recommended ways to enjoy drinks, even with all-you-can-drink options.
