Douska

Douska is a hand roll sushi restaurant on the Lower East Side that offers simple yet deeply flavored hand rolls. The restaurant offers a full range of hand roll sets, with three to six different types of hand rolls to choose from. The sea bream and negitoro hand rolls are especially recommended.

DOUSKA is a new concept restaurant created by Chef Koji Kagawa, who has gained experience in many countries around the world after acquiring traditional Japanese culinary techniques. Raised near the Seto Inland Sea, he learned about Japanese cuisine in an environment surrounded by a variety of seafood, then moved to France to learn European culinary techniques. His passion for hip-hop music brought him to New York, where he made his name.
