The interior is more spacious than I imagined, with a large counter, table seating, and tatami rooms, allowing for a relaxed experience. Each seat has a paper with recommendations, which is exciting just to look at. You can order a wide range of dishes, from fresh items to stews, grilled dishes, and fried foods, and you can also enjoy sushi as a finale. The vegetable dishes are also impressive, with large shiitake mushrooms and thick asparagus grilled to perfection. The dish with Tokutani tomatoes and moromi has a wonderful aroma from the condiments and a bursting freshness. The subtle sweetness of the night-calling clams and the umami of the anago enjoyed with salt also leave a lasting impression, allowing you to savor the experience in a lively atmosphere.
