The shop stands out with a large sign along the road, and the traditional-style building is lovely. Fields spread out around it, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while looking at the mountains. The soba, made with a two-eight ratio, is slightly thick and aromatic, with a pleasant elasticity when you bite into it. The dipping sauce has a clear flavor with a good extraction of dashi, making it an excellent match with the soba. The vegetable tempura is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, enhancing the sweetness of ingredients like pumpkin and onion. You pay first and receive a number tag, and when your number is called, you go to the counter to pick it up, allowing you to enjoy the soba broth after your meal.
