The appearance both inside and outside is clean. There is a stone mill right in front, and the aroma unique to homemade flour wafts through the air. The ten-grain steamed noodles have a pleasant chewiness, and the flavor is distinctly felt. The dipping sauce has a gentle sweetness that beautifully enhances the taste of the noodles. I am delighted that they serve freshly grated wasabi, which pairs well with the refreshing taste of the grated wasabi. The tempura is light and crispy, and the shrimp provides a satisfying experience, finishing off with a comforting bowl of soba broth.
