The fried potatoes served as an appetizer have just the right amount of salt, making them perfect for the first dish. Both the venison and wild boar meat are rich in flavor, and the venison is especially good when enjoyed rare. The wild boar sausage has a firm texture, and the flavor expands with each bite. The rare cutlet, enhanced by smoke, is visually delightful and brings a smile when it reaches the mouth. The final noodles are also a must-try, with the refreshing aroma of cold sudachi in the soba and the rich flavor of the egg in the Neapolitan pasta being particularly impressive. Even the ramen is delicious and pairs well with drinks.
