We visited a sushi restaurant on Kamidori in Kitashinchi that opened last month. This restaurant was independently opened by the owner who came from Sushi Kojima-san in Shinchi, so I was able to enter the restaurant without any worries. The aroma of the magnificent cypress counter that only a new sushi restaurant can have was refreshing, and the interior was very clean. I was looking forward to the food coming out. After toasting with beer, we started with sashimi and moved on to small bowls of food. The finely prepared sashimi was fresh and crispy in the mouth. We were also given a detailed explanation of the sake that would go well with the sashimi, and all of the sakes were excellent. The sake was perfectly matched with the dishes and was very tasty. We were also offered a dish we requested during the meal, for which we were grateful. The sushi at the end of the meal was exquisite, and the owner's attention to detail was evident in his careful work. The atmosphere was great and I have nothing to complain about. I would like to return again for business entertainment or with an important person. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
