In a calm, members-only space, the high ceiling and spacious counter create a comfortable atmosphere. It's stylish like a bar, allowing for a relaxed experience. The course features appetizers and sushi that come out rhythmically, making it enjoyable with variety. The red rice has just the right firmness and pairs well with the toppings, while the small sushi pieces are very easy to eat. The live presentation in front of you adds excitement, and you can enjoy it along with drinks while engaging in conversation. Champagne and sake are also available, making the time spent trying out pairings thrilling.
