The space with only a counter is quiet and allows for a relaxed experience. It's exciting to see the skillful preparation right in front of you. The selection of fish is precise, and every dish, including the white fish, has a strong flavor. The way the sea urchin is served varies by type; one is served as gunkan (battleship sushi), while the other is without seaweed, highlighting the unique qualities of each. The choice of dishes is also beautiful, greatly enhancing the atmosphere of the meal. From the appetizers to sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled items, and nigiri, the course flows seamlessly, leaving the heart satisfied.
