He founded 'Konishi-ya' in 1986 and has dedicated himself to the pursuit of culinary excellence. He possesses deep knowledge of sake and strives for pure flavors. His son, Tomoyuki Konishi, has also trained at various restaurants across the country and supports the business alongside his father with a fresh perspective, enveloping this wonderful cuisine in a rich history.
