I liked the calm Chinese restaurant located on the upper floor of the hotel, where I could enjoy a view of the courtyard from the spacious floor. Upon entering, I was served warm oolong tea poured from a pot, which allowed me to relax. The appetizers and soup had a gentle flavor, and the combination of smooth eggs and corn was pleasant to the palate. The three types of dim sum were colorful, including jade-colored dumplings and small spring rolls, allowing me to enjoy the different textures. The main dish, a meat dish prepared with black vinegar, was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the mild acidity made me want to eat more rice. I was satisfied as I could easily place additional orders using a touch panel, allowing me to spend a leisurely time.
