In a cozy and bright store interior, the glass doors and sheep decorations are cute and uplifting. It's a calming space with a counter and tables, making it easy to use whether you're alone or on a date. The cooking style is grilling on a griddle, which produces less smoke, but there is a slight smell of oil. The lamb shoulder is cut thick, and it's fun to cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors after grilling. Placing bean sprouts in the center and stir-frying them with the meat juices, or changing the flavor with sauces and original spices makes it incredibly delicious. Wrapping it with leafy vegetables along with kimchi or spicy miso makes the beer or highball go down easily.
