As I entered the restaurant, the fragrant aroma of roasted sesame oil wafted through the air, lifting my spirits. The signature dish, tempura rice bowl, was piled high with tempura, and I couldn't help but exclaim in delight. The shrimp, fish, and various vegetables were perfectly crispy, and the sweet and savory sauce soaked into the rice, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. The fried chicken I ordered as a side was lightly coated, juicy on the inside, and left me very satisfied. The sashimi set meal was generously served with fresh slices, so much so that I was encouraged to have a second helping of rice. While enjoying the complimentary coffee after the meal, I felt happy spending time with the friendly owner in a relaxed atmosphere.
