In a relaxed atmosphere, you can slowly savor soba. The dipping noodles made with 80% buckwheat and 20% wheat flour combine the flavors of eggplant and green onions with the richness of duck, adding depth to the dipping sauce. The vegetables are cooked in sesame oil, releasing a fragrant aroma that whets the appetite. You can choose between thick and thin noodles for the 100% buckwheat soba; the thicker noodles expand in flavor the more you chew, pairing well with the stronger broth of the dipping sauce. It's delightful that there are plenty of condiments, and even quail eggs are included. The staff is energetic and attentive, and there are tatami rooms, making it a comfortable place for families to enjoy.
