The signature menu item "Yuba Don" features yuba made from homemade soy milk prepared first thing in the morning, combined with eggs and enjoyed with rice. It is characterized by a fluffy and creamy texture, and its simple flavor gently permeates the body. We also offer oboro tofu, ganmodoki, and fresh yuba, all of which are dishes that maximize the flavor of tofu.

The interior is a calm space that evokes a sense of traditional Japanese aesthetics, allowing diners to enjoy their meals while taking in the atmosphere of the town near the shrine. In addition to counter and table seating, there are also tatami mat seats available, providing a comfortable place to relax. The restaurant's dedication to tofu, as a specialty, is evident throughout, making it popular among health-conscious individuals and tourists. Many visitors stop by before or after visiting the Taga Taisha Shrine, and the quiet atmosphere enhances the dining experience.

A tofu workshop was established in the store, and the production of homemade tofu began. Later, to promote tofu culture, the 'TOFU CAFE' business was launched, focusing on the development of tofu sweets. While offering traditional tofu dishes, we continue to explore new forms of food that align with the times. The reputation has spread not only among local customers but also among tourists, with many people visiting specifically for the yuba rice bowl.
