Using seasonal ingredients unique to autumn, we sandwiched butter cream made from chestnuts and chunky pieces of sweetened chestnuts in a crispy and crumbly chef cookie.

Rich matcha langue de chat made with carefully selected Uji tea, including Uji Shirakawa. Baked to a melt-in-your-mouth texture and filled with original white chocolate that has a rich milk flavor.
