I enjoyed lunch at a calm café near Nijo Castle. The interior, primarily white, is filled with light from large glass windows, and the dried flowers stand out, making it very cozy. The freshly baked quiche plate is crispy, and you can really taste the aroma of the crust and the deliciousness of the ingredients. Various deli items are beautifully arranged, with carrot rapé and pickles adding color, keeping it interesting until the end. The crispy baguette has a rich wheat aroma, and when paired with the quiche or pâté, it enhances the flavor even more. The carefully brewed drinks were also delicious, and I had a wonderful time relaxing after the meal.
