This kaiseki course has a strong local flavor and includes jibe-ni (stewed vegetables) and lotus steamed rice.
Using one crab, you can enjoy "Crab Course" with sashimi, grilled crab, nabe, tempura, rice porridge, and dessert. Due to the high price of crab this season, we will change the selling price from November onward.
We will prepare a selection of 5 types of fresh fish sourced from the market.
