The buckwheat noodles, produced in Ryuoh, Shiga Prefecture, had a firm texture, and the tempura was crispy and delicious. However, the tempura was a little cold because the shrimp tempura was fried first. It was the best soba I have had in Kyoto in recent years. Thank you very much.
