Fukuoka's cuisine is diverse and fun to choose from. The interior is clean and comfortable, with counter seating, tatami rooms, and partitioned areas. The broth for the motsunabe and mizutaki is rich in flavor, with the taste of vegetables and chicken coming through strongly. The grilled chicken sashimi and grilled chicken are fragrant and pair well with alcohol. The fried chicken has a crispy coating and is fluffy on the inside, making it hard to resist. The crunchy texture of the grilled cartilage pairs perfectly with yuzu pepper, and I particularly enjoyed it.

The interior is clean, with a counter, tatami seating, and semi-private rooms, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It is comfortable for both individuals and families with children. There are various local specialties from Fukuoka, and I am excited about the motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) and mizutaki (chicken hot pot). The mizutaki has a rich chicken broth, and you can enjoy chicken meat, chicken meatballs, cabbage, green onions, and tofu. The sesame kanpachi (amberjack) and bite-sized gyoza (dumplings), as well as the grilled jidori (local chicken) tataki, are all flavorful and satisfying. The aroma of grilled jidori and fried chicken pairs well with highballs, and the scent of yuzu pepper is also delightful.
