I made a reservation and upon arrival, the aroma from the appetizers lifted my spirits. The sashimi platter featured fresh tuna, yellowtail, white squid, and shellfish, allowing me to enjoy a rich sweetness and depth of flavor. The fish balls were infused with broth, providing a comforting taste. The mother crab was satisfying with its meat, inner roe, and outer roe, bringing happiness with every bite. The turtle hand was boiled in salt, offering a unique texture that was enjoyable, and even in small amounts, it had a strong presence. The salted grilled chicken wings were well-seasoned with pepper, pairing nicely with the sweetness of the accompanying tomatoes.
