The aroma of binchotan charcoal spreads, and the grilled dishes are very fragrant, bringing happiness from the first bite. The pork belly skewers are sweet and rich in fat, allowing for enjoyment without becoming heavy until the end. The simmered offal has a clear broth, and the umami seeps in gently. The marinated liver has little odor, and the texture is firm, making it a great match for alcohol. The vegetables are also fresh, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, and the staff's response is delightful, allowing for a relaxing time with charcoal grilling and drinks.
