We have known for some time that there is a restaurant in Azabu Juban where you can eat pork cutlets with maple syrup. It is expensively priced, but I did not hesitate to visit because it was good for my horse. The "Top Loin Set Meal" (1,850 yen) The thick loin meat coated in fine bread crumbs is beautiful. The sweetness of the meat can be felt when you eat it with salt first. The meat is tender and very juicy, and goes well with the dashi soy sauce and sauce on the table (but I personally prefer salt). When there were only three slices left, we threw in the maple chan, which was full of flavor. I was skeptical at first, but after one bite, the taste exceeded my imagination. The maple flavor is light and light, and while it takes advantage of the deliciousness of the pork, it also creates new possibilities. I tried the second slice with maple and salt, and the third slice with maple and dashi soy sauce, but they were all delicious, just like salted sweets. It was an epoch-making pork cutlet that can be enjoyed from main dish to dessert with a single piece of loin. The meat is thick and takes a long time to cook, so it may not be suitable for a busy person's lunch.
