A very popular taste in Nagoya comes to Osaka!　　　　@Umeda | Delicious food and happiness! I was planning to go to Nagoya, but the number of people infected with corona has been increasing, so I decided not to go there.... Ajisen is a very famous Taiwanese restaurant with several branches in Nagoya, which opened its first branch in Osaka last year and is also popular in Osaka! When I went to the restaurant before 11:30am, there was already one person waiting for a table! There is no lunch menu or lunch set, although there is a limited weekday menu, but most people order Taiwanese ramen. We... except for me, want to sip on bottled beer, so we start with the entrée! 780 yen - A bag of noodles with a spicy and tangy flavor, so addictive that you can't stop eating them! Fried Chinese cabbage ¥780The mild saltiness and garlic are exquisite and irresistible! The taste is just the way I like it. I could definitely eat a plate of this by myself, and the crunchiness of the greens is a nice touch. The noodles are smooth and straight, and the minced meat does a great job. I hadn't had it in a long time, but it was easier to eat this time! I was going to order it for lunch, but they didn't have it, so that's a shame! I can't wait to go here and there freely! There are so many places I want to go, but... for now, I'll just have to be patient! Thank you very much for the food.
