The demi-glace sauce is very rich and pairs perfectly with both hamburgers and tonkatsu. The hamburger, seasoned with nutmeg, has a fluffy texture that spreads its aroma in the mouth. On certain days, there is a hamburger topped with a fried egg, which was exciting just to look at. The rice was fluffy, and I couldn't help but finish it all in one go. The couple's attentive service was warm, and with only a few seats, it was a relaxing place to unwind. Unusually for a Western-style restaurant, they have a good selection of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment after the meal.
