utu to so" is a restaurant located in a quiet area a little far from the center of Yufuin, Yufu City, Oita Prefecture. The restaurant has only eight seats and has a hideaway atmosphere. The menu offers only a leave-it-to-measure course, and the course meal is served with either handmade juwari soba (buckwheat noodles) or rice cooked in an earthenware pot using homemade stone ground flour. The variety of gentle, handmade dishes and the cozy atmosphere will make you want to visit again and again.
