Located in a shopping street that is easy to walk to from the station, its elegant appearance catches the eye. The interior is neat and clean, with a calm Japanese decor that feels comfortable. The cuisine emphasizes the umami of the dashi, and you can feel the careful preparation in dishes like red snapper, eggplant, and ginger sauce. Seasonal flavors can be enjoyed one after another, such as matsutake rice, simmered sea bream noodles, and tender octopus stew. There is also a wide variety of sake, allowing you to savor the pairing with the dishes. In addition to the counter and tables, there is a private room in the back where you can spend time away from prying eyes, making it a place to relax.
