There was space between the tables, so I was able to enjoy my meal without worrying about the person next to me. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service. It had been a while since I last visited Genzo, but it was better than the last time I went, so I would like to go again.

The interior is neat and bright, with plenty of space at the tables, making it a comfortable place to relax. The food and drinks are served quickly, allowing for an enjoyable pace. The thick tongue is tender and easy to eat, while the thin slices allow you to savor the rich flavor of the fat, which is satisfying. The miso sauce for the pork offal is to my liking, and the ichibo and harami become more flavorful with each bite. The freshly cooked rice has a wonderful aroma, and when paired with aosa seaweed, shiso leaves, and salted chopped green onions, it’s the best. The leftovers can be made into onigiri, which adds to the excitement of taking some home.
